With more than 2,200 stores across North America spearheaded a fundraising event of immense complexity. A golf tournament tour with a community building component to help injured veterans spanning divisions, states & materials.

Home Depot needed materials for a complex, multi-dimensional project, including everything from signage to brochures, name badges and golf course flags. This project consisted of 11 events taking place across the country during a span of 8 months. Each wave required personalized materials based on the city, participants, vendors & sponsors.

I researched & implemented a centralized communications system so all teams could have their own internal as well
as an overall communications portal
to share information.

COMMUNICATION  
Working with multiple teams, contacts, departments & vendors for each wave, including pre-event, during the event & post event materials.  
 

MULTI TASKING 
Each event was a stand-alone affair with different dates, cities, venues, pieces, participants, sponsors & contact person or group.
 

on an average day...
I often found myself presenting the booklet to one group while designing the signage for another & making sure the golf tee flags had arrived safely on-site for a
third group.

 

ATTENTION TO DETAIL 

Each Department got their own booklet including; tables of sponsor information, an outline of their event using photography pertinent to their department only.
